Halkidiki Armenistis beach

General information

Armenistis is a lovely beach located 65 km southeast of Poligiros, the capital of Halkidiki. It boasts a long stretch of white sand and stunning turquoise waters and is an excellent choice for swimming and sunbathing. Lush green pine trees stretch along the surrounding hills, adding a beautiful natural ambiance and an exotic flair to this breathtaking spot.

The beach is well-organized, offering many comforts and facilities to beach-goers. There are sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent, a beach bar and a restaurant, as well as a playground. There is also an on-site lifeguard that ensures the safety of all beach-goers. The watersports center is a definite highlight, allowing visitors to partake in some thrilling water activities, including paddleboarding, kayaking, and inflatable games. One of the best camping centers in Halkidiki lies here as well, attracting many annual visitors.

Armenistis is a three-hour drive from Thessaloniki and the nearest village is Sarti which is located in Sithonia.

Note: Unfortunately, the campsite has placed a fence around the beach and charges an entrance fee to non-campers. Visitors can walk along the path surrounding the fence until they reach another entrance to the beach.
