It is possible to fly to Naxos from several locations around the world with a transit stop at the International Airport of Athens. Naxos has a national airport, which means it receives only domestic direct flights from Athens, Thessaloniki and Crete (Heraklion).

Alternatively, you can take an international flight to one of the nearby islands with an international airport (Mykonos or Santorini) and then reach Naxos by ferry.

National Flights

The Airport of Naxos (JNX) is located around 4 km southwest of Chora and the port .

Domestic flights depart from the Athens International Airport all year round 2-4 times a day. In addition, there are seasonal flights from Thessaloniki and Crete (Heraklion). The flight duration from Athens is approximately 40–45 minutes.
The airline companies conducting flights to Naxos are Sky Express, Aegean Airlines, and Olympic Air.

• Santorini to Naxos: After arriving at Santorini International Airport (JTR), you can reach Naxos via a high-speed or conventional vessel from Athinios Port.
